Capacity and Sustainability of TAWLA

TAWLA carries out activities to strengthen organizational capacity. These include the establishment and continued implementation of short course scholarships to build the capacity of TAWLA staff lawyers.

The other has been conducting refresher training to women lawyers on the different thematic areas, for example, constitutional drafting, child labour and juvenile detainees, land Investment, Sexual Reproductive Health Rights and approximately two hundred members have been trained.

TAWLA conducts an annual program review for program staff and includes team building training.

The organization have the Monitoring and Evaluation System which showcases project progress and generate a report that contributes to transparency and accountability and allows for lessons to be shared more easily.
