Ms Tike Mwambipile has 10 years’ experience in the following: women and children rights, legal and human rights issues, gender, health (SRH&R) programme development and management, fundraising and donor relations, gender governance, research and advocacy, facilitation and documentation.

Tike has worked with civil society organization at grassroots, national and international level. She has excellent skills in leadership, training, research, fundraising and organization management. Excellent written and oral communication skills complement her direct hand- on – approach.
