TAWLA Trains Women and Young People in Rombo District

The participation of women and young people in leadership positions and decision-making bodies increases the effectiveness in the implementation of the responsibilities of leaders and brings positive development in society.

And for this reason, #MwanamkeImara through the Tanzania Women’s Lawyers Association (TAWLA) had the opportunity to participate in the general meeting in Mrere village, Rombo District, in Kilimanjaro region with the aim of passing by-laws of the village with a gender target and encouraging participation of young people and women in leadership positions.

This exercise is done with the help of the American people.
